My only concern with Allurez is the communication. I finally got someone on the phone and she quoted several weeks. If they get their customer service together, this can be a great experience.

My only concern with Allurez is the communication. I received a follow up letter thanking me for my order but the communication afterward (I think it was an auto response) was very sketchy. The original quote of timeframe was approximately a week for delivery. After the first week with no communication and after trying to call to no avail, it became very frustrating. I finally got someone on the phone and she quoted several weeks. If they get their customer service together, this can be a great experience.
