Fort Worth, TX	The rating is for the item itself, as it is beautiful. It was somewhat difficult to find a horseshoe necklace with a medium sized pendant, as most are very small. However, this one is the perfect size. Quality seems to be good for the price, and the diamonds really shine. I’m not taking a star off for shipping, as the item did arrive before Christmas as promised. However, communication could be better regarding shipping, especially when there are delays. Overall, the necklace is great and my wife loves it!
