For my fiance we measured his finger wrong, so we had to return it for the next size up. If you need a return, I'd recommend calling instead of the email, I think the service returns via email was a bot, and couldn't help with specific questions. However, the person on the phone to call was extremely helpful and polite! I do wish the site was more clear on how to do an exchange vs just a return. But an excellent product for an excellent price! Overall a great experience!
