At Allurez, we stand by our commitment to deliver jewelry free of any quality defects. We take great care to ensure that your pieces arrive in impeccable condition. In the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives with any defects, we encourage you to engage with our Customer Care team through live chat or by reaching out to us at service@allurez.com. We are dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving any issues you may encounter.
Our assurance extends to the quality of our pieces. Allurez provides a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all jewelry purchases made within the US after February 2024. This warranty covers any quality issues resulting from manufacturing defects. Within the first year of purchase, Allurez will rectify any manufacturing or quality-related problems at no cost. Beyond the initial year and up to 1 year from the date of delivery, Allurez will gladly inspect any piece. For damages identified as manufacturing defects or quality-related issues, we will repair them at no cost to you. Damages attributed to normal wear and tear will incur a fee determined through assessment by our Jewelers. Once a fee is established, a representative from Allurez will contact you to arrange payment. After 1 year from the date of delivery, Allurez will assist with any repairs at a fee, plus additional tax and a $39 shipping charge. This fee may vary
Please be aware that this warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Additional, resizes, lost or stolen pieces are not covered under this warranty.

Please note that any work performed on our pieces by individuals or entities outside of Allurez will void this warranty.This warranty covers manufacturer's defects, but excludes: lost stones; lost or stolen parts; damages due to personal misuse or negligence; general wear and tear such as scratches, and dents; fading or chipping (which depends almost entirely on how the product is handled by the user)' damages caused by misuse; tampering with the product; failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions (if included); and water damage. Repair performed by someone other than Allurez will void this warranty policy. Shipping charges are not included and are responsibility of the consumer.
